Sooooo, that Christmas gift is really not quite what you had in mind? We are sure your giver had nothing but good intentions but sometimes it just does not work out. Or two people had the same idea!
Even if it was purchased online and you do not have the receipt, you can return it!

MACY'S:

We want you to be happy with your purchase from macys.com. You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, anytime after purchase. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a store merchandise credit.
In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. (However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.)

CAMBRIA COVE:
Your satisfaction is essential to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please simply follow the return instructions included on the invoice of your order, or contact our Customer Care Center at 1-866-944-COVE (2683) for assistance in returning or exchanging your item.
We cannot accept returns on personalized items.

RED ENVELOPE:
RedEnvelope is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift card (for purchases made after 10/6/08) or refund according to our guarantee described above. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service department toll-free at 877-733-3683 between 6am and 9pm PST to begin processing your return or exchange.
2. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Use the return label that was included in your box. Please be sure your Order ID is on the return label for fast processing.
3. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. RedEnvelope is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, RedEnvelope will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

UNCOMMON GOODS:
We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please call us at 888-365-0056 so we can best serve you and provide you with return instructions. Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.
